No worries! Simply continue with the next unlocked lesson in your plan. For example, if you can only train once a week, it will take you three weeks to finish what's typically covered in one.

The UPP plan starts right from the basics. Even if you have experience or are at a higher level, you’ll start from the very beginning.

Most members find that the structured pole lesson takes about 60-90 minutes, while the other two training sessions usually last 30-60 minutes each.

But don't worry, you're completely in charge of your schedule and pace - feel free to take as much time as you need to master each part of your lesson!
