You love pole, and you're ready to teach it

But here's the thing - right now, your brain is probably talking you out of it.

It's telling you things like:

"A weekend certificate is faster, so why would I commit to a full year?"

"What if I finish and still don't feel ready to stand in front of a class?"

"What if I freeze the moment a student struggles?"

Sound familiar? Good. Because I've heard every one of these, and I've watched capable people carry those exact fears long after they got their certificate.

Let me explain why that happens and why it doesn't have to be you.

Hi, I'm Kelly Morgan, founder of Pole Power Academy!

I've been teaching pole and building a business around it for 15 years and the same thing kept showing up, no matter where I looked.

Instructors finishing weekend certifications. Getting their certificates. And still not feeling ready. Not because they weren't talented - they absolutely were - but because nobody gave them enough support, enough time, or enough of the real-world teaching experience they actually needed.

For a long time, when students asked me to train them as instructors, I pointed them to other online training providers who have been doing it for years and they do it well. But then I kept hearing the same thing back: "We don't want to learn from someone else. We want to learn the PPA way."

I'll be honest - that stopped me in my tracks. But I listened. And the more I paid attention, the more I knew I had to build something different.

Not a fast track. A proper one. One I'm genuinely proud to put my name to and one that gives you the foundation you need to walk into your first class and actually know what you're doing.

That's what this is. And I cannot wait to do this with you. 🙌

This Programme Is For You If…

    • You've been pole training for at least a year and something in you is ready to share it, not just perform it.
    • You want to stand in front of a class and feel prepared, not certified on paper and quietly terrified behind your smile.
    • You'd rather build real skill over twelve months than cram everything into a weekend and hope it holds up.
    • You care about teaching well, not just teaching fast and you want a standard behind you that you're proud to be part of.
    • You can commit around 2–3 hours a week, self-paced, and you're ready to put the work in.
    • You understand that becoming a great instructor takes time and you're ready to invest in doing this.

If that's you, you're exactly who I built this for.

This is not for you if:

  • You want the fastest possible certificate with the least possible effort.
  • You're already a confident, experienced instructor who doesn't have gaps to fill.
  • You're not willing to show up for the tasks, practicals, and assessments throughout the year.

What You'll Have After 12 Months

Each month, you'll get pre-recorded lessons and hands-on tasks that move you from theory straight into real practice - because knowledge that never gets applied isn't going to help you when a student is standing in front of you waiting.

By the time you're certified, you'll have:

  • A full year of learning by doing  not just consuming content and hoping it sticks.
  • Theory applied directly into practical teaching, with feedback at every stage.
  • Ongoing assessment throughout, so you always know where you are — no final-test-only pressure.
  • Certification to teach beginner and higher beginner students to the high PPA standard.
  • The real ability to adapt on the spot — to spot what's going wrong and know exactly what to do about it.
  • A foundation that unlocks future specialist PPA certifications (already in the works).

You'll finish this programme feeling genuinely ready to teach. Not just certified on paper. That is the whole point.

Monthly pre-recorded lessons and tasks

Each month, new lessons drop with tasks to complete, so you're always applying what you learn, not just watching and hoping it sinks in.

Around 2–3 hours a week, self-paced

Fit it around your training, your teaching, and your life. You move at your own pace within each month.

Written tasks and multiple choice quizzes

Consolidate your understanding as you go and build the theoretical foundation that every great instructor needs.

Recorded practical assignments

You'll film yourself teaching, get real feedback, and build genuine confidence before you ever stand in front of a paying student.

Weekly live Q&As

Bring your questions each week from lesson planning to handling a tricky student moment. Join live or catch the replay. Either way, you get the answers.

Ongoing assessment throughout

No one surprise test at the end. You're assessed across the whole year, so you always know where you stand and what to strengthen next.

Before You Enrol

Places are intentionally limited so I can support every student properly. This programme will only open once a yearand this will be the first time it's ever run.

To join, you'll need:

  • At least 1 year of pole experience.
  • Access to a static and spin pole.
  • Completion of the PPA Beginner and Higher Beginner foundational pole lessons by March 2027.

Still Got That Voice in Your Head?

The one saying "but what if I'm not good enough to teach?"

Here's what I've learned after years of watching instructors in this industry: the ones who struggle aren't the ones who don't have what it takes. They're the ones who rushed through a weekend course, handed a certificate, and left to figure out the rest completely alone.

You already have the passion. You already have the feel for pole. What you need is the time, the structure, and someone who's been doing this for years walking you through every step of it.

Your future students are already out there. They're looking for an instructor who actually knows what they're doing,  who can spot their struggles, adapt in the moment, and make them feel safe to try. That instructor can be you. This is how.
