Master Ayesha (MA) Section 1 of 5
MA is designed to develop strength and technique to to be able to hold yourself in an arms only inverted position. You will need to have achieved MTC & MTSM as the core skills from those training are the foundations to this training.
Inside UPP we will follow this training for at least 6 weeks before moving onto section 2 to allow your body to build the skills it needs.
TASK TODAY:
- Complete MA 1 (Below)
- Send us a WhatsApp message with 'Day 6' - plus a video of you performing your 1 hand caterpillars on both sides
MA section 1
Complete each exercise for 30 secs, allowing an additional 10 seconds to change exercises in between. Repeat for x3 rounds to complete the workout.
