Gold Membership (Monthly): Terms and Conditions
By subscribing to our monthly Gold Membership programme, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Recurring Monthly Subscription
Your Gold Membership is a recurring subscription service, billed monthly. It will automatically renew at the end of each monthly billing cycle unless you cancel it in accordance with the cancellation policy below. You will be charged the applicable monthly membership fee at the start of each new billing period.
If you join under a discounted offer, the discounted price applies only to your first month. From your second month onwards, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard monthly membership rate.
2. 7-Day Happiness Guarantee
We offer a 7-day happiness guarantee that begins on your initial subscription date. If you find the membership is not right for you, you may cancel and request a full refund within this 7-day period. After the 7-day period expires, you may still cancel your subscription, but refunds will not be issued for the current billing cycle.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your monthly membership at any time. To avoid being charged for the next month, your cancellation request must be submitted before your next scheduled billing date.
To cancel your membership, you can:
- Log into your account and follow the "Cancel Subscription" instructions.
- Contact our customer service team for direct assistance.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to all membership benefits until the end of your current paid billing period.
4. Payment Terms
- Billing Frequency: Subscriptions are billed monthly on the same date each month (your "billing date").
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as specified at checkout.
- Failed Payments: If your monthly payment fails, your membership will be automatically revoked, and your access to all content will be suspended. We will attempt to charge the payment method on file multiple times. Once payment is successfully processed, your membership will be reactivated, and you will regain access. Please note that a successful payment on a later date does not change your original billing date for future renewals. For example, if your billing date is the 1st of the month and a failed payment is only successful on the 15th, your next payment will still be due on the 1st of the following month.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to change membership fees. We will provide at least 30 days' written notice of any price increases that will affect your subscription.
5. Additional Terms
- Membership benefits are for your personal, non-commercial use only and are non-transferable.
- Pro-rated refunds for partial-month cancellations are not available. Refunds are only issued under the terms of the 7-Day Happiness Guarantee.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue membership services. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes to the programme.
- These terms are subject to change. We will provide 30 days' written notice for any amendments that affect your monthly membership.
