How To Get Your Front Splits

The quickest way to achieve your splits is to actually dedicate time to flexibility training. A minimum of twice a week for a full front splits stretch and also adding splits stretches to your cool downs after each time you train will see the biggest difference.
Here I share with you a splits lesson you can follow along. All you will need is a mat a couple of yoga blocks or you can use books instead.
I would usually use a foam roller too, but just in case you don't have one, I missed that section out so you can follow it all the way through.
