The only lesson that is unlocked is the one you need to complete. Once that one is done, the next one will unlock.
We know you want to do it all, and you can, but not all at once. The programme is laid out so that you will do everything but all in good time.

The programme is laid out to complete x3 lessons a week (this sees the best results) but you can dictate the speed you go by doing more or less each week.
If you are sick or have a holiday, that's not a problem, it will still be where you left off.
There are x3 modules in the programme. Each module has x5 levels. Beginner, Higher Beginner, Intermediate, Higher Intermediate and Advanced.

Module 1 - Foundations will cover the basics of each level, understanding technique and focus on strength building.
Each lesson follows on from the last, so you learn in a logical order - no gaps in your knowledge to ensure you have a great understanding and skill set of the pre-requisites needed for more advanced moves =the best way to progress.
You'll build upon knowledge you have learnt in foundation, plus increase your flexibility to ensure you have a greater range of motion to get in and out of moves safely as well as making them look freaking awesome.
During this module, you’ll also be able to work towards grading for the level you're working at starting with beginners. Grading means we'll assess you by asking you to submit to us a range of videos of you performing certain moves to ensure you have the technique nailed. You will receive a certificate for successful grading. (This is optional)
Having a great understanding and practice of the foundation and developmental module moves will help you with the awesome shapes you'll learn in these creative lessons as we expand on them. This will also allow more time to build confidence and strengt, ready to level up.

I'm so excited to share this programme with you! I started my pole journey in 2009 with no gymnastic or dance background, I remember very clearly not being able to take my feet of the ground for a fireman spin, thinking WTH am I doing wrong...
I am not what you call a natural poler, it takes me ages to get something. But once i got it, I break it down so my students can nail it faster than me.

Absolutely, it's perfect for beginners. In fact, having no prior experience means you won't have any bad habits to undo.
Absolutely, everything I teach on a silicone pole can be done on any finished pole including chrome. 99% of PPA members use a chrome or powder coated pole and are seeing amazing progress.
When I started Pole Power I want to help more people have fun and get fit. Everyone used to say, I would love to start but I don't want to wear shorts.
So that's where silicone poles came in so they didn't have to wear shorts but still get all the amazing benefits pole has to offer.
I also like the grip, leggings means I don't have to shave my legs neither ;) and the pole doesn't need warming up like chrome
However for static spins and moves that require sliding I will use chrome.
I like having both options, I don't think one is better than the other and it doesn't matter what you use, it's all personal preference.
