Module 1 - Foundations will cover the basics of each level and focus on strength building.
There are 5 levels, each with a follow-along plan:
Each week has the following sessions planned out dependent on level.
Session 1 - Structured Pole Foundation
Session 2 - Master the Chopper/Shoulder Mount/ Ayesha & Practice
Session 3 - Body/Core Blast & Practice.
This module covers 60+ full pole structured pole lessons where you will learn approx 240 foundational moves (aka tricks) plus additional conditioning (strength moves) and combos (links tricks together).
The foundations ensure you understand the techniques needed to keep you safe and strong.
Each lesson includes:
As well as the sessions, there is also added additional tips and information along the way in each week. For example, how to build your grip strength, grip aids, how to warm your pole up, how to check your pole, equipment recommendations etc. I will continue to add onto these as questions arise to ensure the programme has everything you need to know.
Each lesson follows on from the last, so you learn in a logical order - no gaps in your knowledge to ensure you have a great understanding and skill set of the pre-requisites needed for more advanced moves =the best way to progress.
Module 2 - Developmental will cover trick variations and combos to expand knowledge from the foundations. As well as these structured developmental pole lessons, you will also work on increasing your flexibility by working on our front splits, back and shoulders and straddle/middle splits flexibility courses, which has had proven results time and time again.
Increasing your flexibility is vital as you level up to ensure you have a great range of motion to get in and out of moves safely as well as making them look freaking awesome.
Just like in foundations, each lesson follows on from the last, so you learn having learnt the pre-requisites needed for more advanced moves. You don't need to figure out what to do, we've laid it out for you, week by week.
Each week has the following sessions:
Session 1 - Structured Pole Developmental
Session 2 - Front Splits/Back& Shoulder/Middle Splits & Practice
Session 3 - Front Splits/Back& Shoulder/Middle Splits & Practice
Just like the foundation module, each structured lesson includes:
During this module, you’ll also be able to work towards grading for the level you're working at starting with beginners. Grading means we'll assess you by asking you to submit to us a range of videos of you performing certain moves to ensure you have the technique nailed. You will receive a certificate for successful grading.
This module will increase your pole skill set with unusual, weird and wonderful tricks. Having a great understanding and practice of the foundation and developmental module moves will help you with the awesome shapes you'll learn in these creative lessons.
Lessons will continue with the same layout as the previous modules, each including
As well as these structured creative pole lessons, you will also work on your flow by learning to move around the pole to music.
Each week you'll have a plan to include structured pole lesson, pole flow and practice.
This will depend on the option you choose.
Monthly Membership Subscription - you will have access for as long as you are a member. Once the subscription has been cancelled, your access is revoked.
12 Monthly Installment and 1 Time Payment option- Once all payments have been received, you will have access to the programme for as long as the course is up and running (I don't plan to stop for years and years and even when I do, you'll be given the option to download everything for lifetime access)
You will get access to all future content updates as I make them so the lessons you have access to are always up to date.
This will depend on how often you can train each week and whether you already have experience.
If you work through the programme exactly as laid out, it will take approx 3.5years to complete Beginner to Advanced.
This is what makes it an investment.
This programme is best suited for beginner and intermediate level polers who need the knowledge and skills to master the foundations to enable them to progress to advanced level.
Yes, we recommend starting from the beginning. This will ensure you have learnt ALL the foundations that will help you in the higher levels. You'll be able to recap and progress through the beginner levels more quickly if you feel you're confident with them.
No problem, you follow each session when you are available. Ensure you have at least 1 session available that you can dedicate to train each week to make it worth enrolling onto the programme.
Each module has 5 levels
Each level is broken up into weeks
Each week has at least x3 sessions inside it.
If you can only do one session a week, you will complete the first week's session over a 3 week period as below.
Module 1 week 1 - Session 1- week 1
Module 1 week 1 - Session 2 - week 2
Module 1 week 1 - Session 3 - week 3
If you have two sessions a week available to train, you'll complete each session like the following
Module 1 week 1 - session 1 - week 1
Module 1 week 1 - session 2 - week 1
Module 1 week 1 - session 3 - week 2
We recommend you start with module 1 - foundation beginner level.
Once you have completed this level, you can then continue to develop your strength and skills at this level by moving onto module 2 - developmental beginner level.
So to keep it simple, this is the layout we recommend:
Module 1 - Beginner
Module 2 - Beginner
Module 3 - Beginner optional
Module 1 - Higher Beginner
Module 2 - Higher Beginner
Module 3 - Higher Beginner optional
Module 1 - Intermediate
Module 2 - Intermediate
Module 3 - Intermediate optional
Module 1 - Higher Intermediate
Module 2 - Higher Intermediate
Module 3 - Higher Intermediate optional
Module 1 - Advanced
Module 2 - Advanced
Module 3 - Advanced optional
Yes you can, although we don't recommend it unless you have a lot of experience. It takes time to build strength and confidence. As soon as you complete the lessons in one week, the following week unlocks.
If you get distracted or hop from one thing to another, this programme will keep you focussed and on track.
Each week is clearly laid out in a progressive order to ensure you build the strength and skills needed to progress safely.
Every lesson builds upon the last so you know you will have the knowledge of pre requisites to learn all the awesome tricks and combos.
All lessons are pre-recorded so you can't miss anything and you can repeat time and time again.
Most people join the programme if they have tried other sites and had open access to everything right away and end up not know what to do and in what order. This programme solves that.
Yes, although to get the full benefit, it would be best to have a pole that also has the option to spin too, so you don't miss out on all the amazing combos we do on a spin pole.
As soon as you complete a lesson, the next lesson unlocks so you don't have to wait.
Yes, in the developmental section of the programme you will also have flexibility lessons to work on - in particular, Splits and Back + Shoulders.
You will be able to access coaching sessions weekly for 12 months from signing up to the programme.
Yes, foundation is all about building strength and you will be learning off the pole strengthening exercises in 30min or less workouts. These will focus on a range of common weaknesses so we can enable you to progress fully. You'll also be able to access these time and time again.
If you are stuck, you can book in for coaching where we can assess you and give you specific exercises to do if required or direct you to the workout in the programme that would be most relevant.
No, the content isn't all available to access right away. This is because, from our previous methods, we have found members get distracted, flickering from one lesson to another, which leads to frustration.
This programme you start at the beginning and unlock the content/lessons everytime you complete one.
I recommend you take a look at 'Pole Intensive'. Rather than have the lessons in a structured plan, everything is unlocked that you can pick and choose from. This would sound like a better fit.
